Amazon AC1S 10" Tablet Faulty !

Amazon AC1S Android Ipad For Sale Great Cosmetic Condition Not used for 6 months, charged up from totaly flat and now wont boot up past the start up android screen shown in the pics. I looked online and it looks like it needs the operating system reinstalling or a custom rom install from a micro sd. All a bit much for me so looking to pass it on to someone who wants to fix it.
